Refund policy

Shopping online can be fast, easy and so much fun!  And that's the way we want your experience to be.  However, things don't always go as planned, do they?  And because of that, we have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at CustomerService@Encouraging-Faith.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us must have contacted us first or the return may not be accepted.  Return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.  This does not include items that do not fit or that you changed your mind on.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt, invoice or proof of purchase with the item circled.

Please allow 3-4 days to process the return once it is received.  Major credit card providers generally take 5-7 days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.  You can always contact us for any return question at CustomerService@Encouraging-Faith.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Most times, damaged items should be reported to the delivery service and a claim filed with them.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do NOT take exchanges due to the fact that our inventory changes regularly.  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
