A great way to start the day

I start my day with it every day when I am eating breakfast before work. I try to have no distractions so I can focus on the message and try and find ways to relate it to various situations I may face that day. It has been especially helpful as I lost my husband unexpectedly a year ago. I am sometimes angry at God, but this helps bring me back.
